LB Winters Consulting Group was founded by Tonya Winters—a seasoned educator, advocate, and strategist—based in Atlanta, Georgia. With over 25 years of experience, Tonya is dedicated to helping mission-driven leaders and organizations strengthen the connection between families, schools, and policy.

Whether she’s coaching parents, guiding strategic plans, or advocating at the Capitol, Tonya leads with one core mission:
To center dignity, elevate unheard voices, and spark change from the ground up.

A proud graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a degree in Mass Media Communications, Tonya partners with leadership and curriculum teams to design inclusive strategies that deepen engagement, grow resources, and build sustainable community capacity. Her work is rooted in equity, empathy, and action.
